alongside your existing website
Drop pldgr forms into your current site: embedded, as an overlay, or as a standalone donation page on your own (sub)domain. No migration, no rebuild.
pldgr is the platform for building flexible, personalised forms that connect seamlessly to your marketing automation and CRM. More conversion, better data, less hassle.
pldgr runs standalone alongside your existing site, or becomes the beating heart of a new fundraising website.
Drop pldgr forms into your current site: embedded, as an overlay, or as a standalone donation page on your own (sub)domain. No migration, no rebuild.
Build a site that revolves entirely around fundraising, with pldgr as the engine under your forms, campaigns and data. One whole, one frictionless experience.
CMS-, CRM-, marketing-automation-, payment- and CDP-agnostic. Forms plug straight into the tools you already use. No migration, no lock-in.
Everything is configurable per form or segment: fields, donation frequencies, amounts, context, opt-ins and required fields.
A returning donor sees different fields than a new prospect; a major gift calls for different context than a monthly contribution.
Data you already know is pre-filled automatically from your CRM or marketing automation. Or the field simply isn't shown. Fewer fields, less friction, higher conversion, cleaner data.
Segmentation and personalisation are built into pldgr as standard, on a Professional or Enterprise licence.

Most platforms treat the thank-you page as an afterthought. pldgr turns it into the start of the next conversation: tailored content, relevant next steps and new ways to stay involved. Personalised and segmented, just like the form itself.
Configurable counters for donation totals and campaign goals. Updated in real time.
Send content by email after a visitor leaves their details.
Show the donation choices with a highlighted "most chosen" option.
Validation for Dutch postcodes and IBAN numbers right in the form.
Every submission automatically carries source and campaign data for reporting.
View campaigns, forms and variants in clear overviews.
Build new forms in no time from earlier forms, form types or ready-made templates.
Every pldgr form meets the WCAG AA standard. Usable by everyone, with no extra work.
No success fee. No percentage of your donations. No limits on users or forms. pldgr scales with your volume, not with the amount you raise.

pilot
In a pilot you work hands-on with the product: in your own environment, with your own forms. There are several shapes, ranging from building forms yourself to a fully connected setup. Which one fits you is something we work out together.
Leave your details and we will get in touch.
The entry pilot tests with direct debit mandates; real online payments belong to a next step. Depending on the shape you choose, one-off costs may apply.

faq
What organisations ask us most often before taking the conversation further.
It is an all-in price for what you run. The licence covers product updates, hosting, and all service and support on your donation forms and your integrations. The setup work at the start is one-off and sits alongside it.
No. pldgr runs as its own environment alongside your existing website, on its own (sub)domain. We do not touch your site: no migration, no rebuild, and no release from your web developer needed to put a campaign form live.
No. pldgr connects to the CRM, the marketing automation and the website you already have. Switching CRM is rarely something you can simply do — and here you do not have to. Setting up those integrations is part of the onboarding.
Yes. In a pilot you build real donation forms yourself, in an environment with your own branding. A pilot usually runs 60 days: trying it out without committing to a licence. Which shape fits — just experiencing the forms, or also real online payments and a connection to your own systems — we decide together in the conversation.
pldgr comes out of Us Media, which has been building donation and campaign forms for Dutch charities for years. What was custom-built there every time is now one product, with a roadmap, a fixed point of contact and a support agreement. Us Media is also the contracting party.
In your own CRM. That is where it belongs and where it stays. The platform holds a submission only temporarily — long enough to process it and pass it on to your own systems, not as an archive. The form sends the submission straight to our API; nothing is stored in your website environment and the API key never reaches the donor's browser. All infrastructure runs within the European Union and the processing complies with the GDPR.
Then the donation is not lost. Every submission is stored in the platform itself first, before anything goes to your CRM or your mail platform. Those follow-up steps are tracked separately, each with its own status — so a failed integration or thank-you email is visible and recoverable, instead of quietly gone.
Yes. All pldgr donation forms meet WCAG AA, and that is independently audited every year. While building we also check continuously with Axe DevTools.
Yes. That is exactly why the processing is decoupled from the tool the forms are built with. Our API scales with it, and the forms themselves are cached.
